Lucknow’s First Spoken Word Fest by Kavita Kisse Kahaniyan: Spill The Word

Lucknow recently witnessed the inaugural edition of his first ever “Spill the Word Fest” organized by birspark LLP and curated by Kavita Kisse Kahaniyan. This unique spoken fest marked a celebration of words, emotions, and artistic expressions, showcasing the city’s vibrant literary and creative spirit.

Held at the picturesque Lohia Park Amphitheatre and meticulously organized by Priyanshu AP Singh, the event brought together poets, slam performers, and artists to share their perspectives on love, patriotism, transgenders, and mental health. The stage became a canvas for soul-stirring lines that left an indelible imprint on the audience. Shree Chandra Verma, Sangeeta Pandey, Seema Javed and Sameena Khan was the chief Guest of the event. more than 1000 people witnessed.

National Level Poetry and Storytelling Competition: The fest showcased the pinnacle of literary prowess with a national-level poetry and storytelling competition. The top 10 performers graced the stage, delivering compelling performances that resonated with the audience. The winner, crowned on the event day, received a prestigious trophy and a cash prize of up to ₹10,000.

A standout moment of the evening was the unique performance titled “Meena Kumari, Ek Mukhtasar Dastaan,” delivered by Vasundhara Shukla, Harshvardhan, and Pranjal Srivastav.
